2) Website Terms & Conditions — Sunshine Coast Rendering

These Terms govern your use of www.sunshinecoastrendering.com.au (the “Site”) and, where noted, outline key terms for our rendering, solid plastering and painting services. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us
Sunshine Coast Rendering provides premium residential rendering, solid plastering and painting services across the Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas. We are QBCC-licensed & insured.
2. Website use
Use the Site lawfully and not to infringe others’ rights or disrupt operation.
We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
Content is provided in good faith for general information; it is not professional advice.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, images, logos) is owned by us or licensed to us. You may view and print for personal, non-commercial use. No other use without written permission.
4. Quotes & services (key terms)
Enquiries: We aim to reply within one- two business days once you send through your contact information.
Quotes: A quote is based on information available at the time. It becomes binding once we confirm scope, inclusions/exclusions, and any required site visit.
Scope & variations: If conditions differ (e.g., hidden defects, extra areas, access changes), we’ll discuss and price a variation before proceeding.
Exclusions: We generally don’t take on strata/high-rise jobs.
Access & safety: You agree to provide safe access to the property during agreed times, keep pets appropriately managed, and disclose hazards.
Weather & delays: Weather and events beyond our control may shift schedules. We’ll keep you informed and rebook the earliest suitable time.
Products & finish: We use Australian-made render and coating products suitable for the agreed finish.
Cleanliness: We mask/protect adjacent areas and ensurea high level of cleanliness. Some dust/residue is inevitable; we’ll remove our rubbish and leave the site neat on completion.
5. Payment
Terms: Payment on completion, 7-day terms.
Deposits: No deposit in most cases. For special-order materials, a small deposit may be required (we’ll advise before ordering).
Late payment: We may charge reasonable admin/interest fees, pause services, and/or recover costs in line with applicable law.
6. Warranties & consumer law
Workmanship & product confidence:10 years (conditions apply; fair wear/tear, structure movement, poor substrate prep by others, or misuse are excluded).
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply in addition to our warranty.
7. Photos & testimonials
With your consent, we may take before/after photos for records and marketing. We won’t publish identifying details (street numbers, family images) without permission.
If you submit a testimonial, you permit us to display it on the Site and marketing (you can withdraw consent at any time).
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated, and limit our liability to re-supply of services or payment of the cost of re-supply. Nothing limits your rights under the ACL.
9. Third-party links
Links on the Site may go to other websites. We’re not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be on this page.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
